Mr.Alausa Olalekan— DIRECTOR, HOME AFFAIRS

Mr.Alausa Olalekan was born on 22nd of January, 1970 in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. He completed his elementary education in 1981 from St. Michael Primary School, Popo Oba, Epe, followed by West Africa School Certificate (WAEC) from Ibeju High School, Ibeju, Epe in 1987. He later proceeded to University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria where he bagged his first Bachelor Honour (B.SC) Sociology in 1996.

He also attended University of Lagos for his post graduate Masters degrees in Public and International Affairs(MPIA) in 2017. He joined the Lagos State Public Serviceas Administrative Officer II on 26th August, 1999 and was deployed to Parastatal Monitoring Office (PMO). He has served in various Ministries and extra Ministerial Departments which includes: Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), Political & Legislative Powers Bureau (PLPB), Central Business District (CBD), Ministry of Youth, Sports and Social Development (MYSSD), Office of the Chief of Staff (COS), Lagos State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (LSMPWB) and presently, the Director the Home Affairs Department of the Ministry.
